Cell Primer

Cell Primer combines selected bioactive compounds that have been the focus of modern research for years. From plant flavonoids such as Quercetin and Fisetin, to the rare fungal amino acid Ergothioneine, and innovative molecules such as PQQ and Spermidine, each ingredient has been carefully selected.

The formula is supplemented with Selenium, an essential trace element that contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system and protects cells from oxidative stress.

Cellular processes – scientifically inspired

With increasing age, so-called senescent cells (“zombie cells”) can accumulate in the body. Research is focusing intensively on their role in the ageing process and investigating how certain plant substances can influence this.

Cell Primer was developed in collaboration with longevity researchers in Switzerland and combines selected bioactive compounds that are discussed in scientific literature.

Herbal ingredients Selenium – an essential trace mineral

Cell Primer contains Quercetin (found naturally in capers, red onions, and kale, for example) in the form of highly bioavailable Quercefit® and Fisetin (found naturally in strawberries and apples, for example) – flavonoids that have been the focus of scientific research into cellular ageing processes for a while.

Selenium is an essential mineral that is indispensable for numerous processes in the body. It contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, protects cells from oxidative stress, and supports normal thyroid function. As an antioxidant, it acts as a natural protective factor at the cellular level, making selenium a true key building block for balance and vitality in everyday life.

Cellular protection 101

Ageing begins at the cellular level.
Over time, so-called senescent “zombie cells” accumulate in our bodies - cells that have ceased to function properly but continue to exist.

These cells emit signals that disrupt the natural balance of the cellular environment and can accelerate the ageing process.
External influences such as stress, free radicals, and environmental factors contribute to the formation of such cells even faster.

Today, it is known that certain natural compounds - known as senolytics - can help to specifically reduce these “zombie cells” and thus relieve the cells in their function.
